- Celebrity Cruises were looking for an innovative way to engage travel agents and other guests boarding the ship.
- Working with the team, we designed, developed and launched the “Discover Edge” chatbot game, that allowed guests to explore different areas of the ship.
- Each area delivered some rich content and facts, followed by a quiz relating to that area.
- Attendees who completed each area were entered into a prize draw with the chatbot notifying guests who had won at different points throughout the 2-day event.
